Midnight Express Logistics is hiring part-time contractors to assist in delivery and setup for various events around the greater Nashville area.

We specialize in the storage, delivery and setup of infrastructure for some really cool brands. If you have a strong back, great communication skills and an eye for detail, we have a job for you!

A typical day includes loading up a box trailer with brand infrastructure like bars, tables, tents, umbrellas, coolers and more. We take these branded items and deliver them to a bar, party, music festival or some other event and set it up to look better than anyone on site. After the event, we return to collect these items, clean and store them.

Compensation: Starting $17 – 20 per hour depending on experience

A team member must:

Ability to work with a team while utilizing excellent communication skills.

Able able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs

Safely operate a hand truck/dolly

Have an eye for detail – all the little things matter

Carry, push or move heavy objects while navigating different terrain such as gravel, pavement, grass both wet or dry & indoor or outdoors.

No experience necessary, we will train!

But we are looking for experience in:

Music production, event production, moving, beverage industry
Driving trailers and pickup trucks
Driving forklifts
Using power tools safely

If you don’t have experience but you have a strong back and an eye for detail, please apply. Strong communication and teamwork skills matter the most. We will teach you how to drive a trailer.

Salary/Benefits:

Starting $17 – 20 per hour depending on experience

Opportunity for production work (full scale setup/teardown) in 2025 during shows, events and festivals for those who excel in this position. These could include travel and/or tickets to festivals and shows to attend during the events.

Uniform Shirts.

Ability for full-time work or w2 status as the company grows.
